This isn't true at all.. By adding these few simple things to your routine can make you Really Chic too..
Really Chic Women Aren't Superhuman- You CAN Become Really Chic too..
1. Plan Your Outfit Night Before:
Always try to plan your outfit the night before, which will give you some extra time to grab that special piece of accessory and add that extra look to your outfit.. It also saves you from panicking in the morning and the mess from trying out different outfits!2. Give yourself plenty of time to get ready:
Sleeping in that extra 5 minutes in the morning after your alarm is put it snooze is very tempting and comforting.. But, it only makes you panic in the morning and doesn't give you time to relax and get ready. So, get up 15 minutes before you plan to and then you won't be running out of the house with a button unfastened or mismatched shoes or un-tucked shirt!
3. Follow some other fashion blogs for inspiration:
Before I started writing blog, I used to follow atleast 10 good fashion bloggers for inspiration, which helped me alot and gave insight to what outfits are in latest trends as well as what goes with what.. Like it is said in Gossip Girl "Fashion is the most powerful art there is. It's movement, design...", to do something artful- you need inspiration and motive..
4. Stay True to your personal style:
Find what kind of clothes suit you, find out what is the best feature in you and then try to enhance it.. Keep some classic pieces and classic colors that you can pull of any hour or any season. It is very important to find that out..
5. Wear the right undergarments:
Always remember that the right bra which is fitted right makes the outfit look perfect. Also, people don't just talk about spanx for that muffin majority of us have, it actually works! So, invest in these pieces and wear appropriate undergarment for the outfit to look perfect.6. Dress for the occasion:
Never be the one who is feeling uncomfortable in that mini skirt with a room full of professionally dresses people.. Always know where you are going and dress accordingly. When you are getting ready for work, think as- would my boss wear this? If the answer is no, then that means it is not appropriate for the work environment you are in. the more you practice this in life the more easier it will become to fit in and polished for the occasion.
7. Dress for the weather:
It is very simple, always check the weather a day before and be prepared. I usually keep a pair of heels, a blazer and a scarf in my car because you never know when you get invited to drinks with friends or colleagues after work.8. Ace The Look With One Expensive Looking Piece:
Some women just look amazing with just sweat pants and tee or simple jeans with a plain t-shirt. Ofcourse it has to do with the fit and flare of the outfit but, also that special expensive looking piece that they add to this simple outfit. A great-looking leather belt or special earrings or a silk scarf does the trick to look Chic even in the sweatpants. :)
Along with adding that special piece also remember never to do too much of anything.. Remember not to accessorize too much or put too much make-up on as this will make you look cheap and will ruin the whole outfit.

9. Take care of your clothes:
Always remember, your clothes are not going to look magically wrinkle-free or well-maintained- you need to follow some things in your routine for it. Always separate clothes for washing and dry-cleaning. This will save you time and give you long life with your purchases. Remember never to lounge in good clothes.. This is a very tempting thing to do- but never lounge in office pants or shirts.
10. Always Have Fashion Emergency Kit:
Never experience another embarrassing wardrobe malfunction with a Fashion Emergency Kit. Pack a compact box or a small makeup bag with Safety Pins, Few Hair Pins, Fashion Tape, Deodorant Removing Sponge, Sewing Kit, Lint Removing Sheets, Hypo-Allergenic Earring Back , Hand Band, Nail File, Blister Pad, Tide Pen to Remove Stains and a Shoe Shine Sponge. Great for travel, business event, or simple everyday outings.Hope these tricks help you! Have a good Tuesday!
XOXO
